I'm pleased to announce that I am accepting applications for a virtual CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy- Insomnia) group for adults scheduled for Winter 2026.

I am a Clinical and Biological Psychologist with a specialty in Behavioral Medicine and with 13years of experience working with patients suffering sleep disruption.

  •  CBT-I is an evidence-based, non-medication intervention to improve sleep in those suffering

from sleep disruption.

  •  The group will run for 45 minutes weekly on Thursdays 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm EST beginning on February 6 th , 2025 and ending on March 13 th , 2025.

  • This course will be a good fit for participants

    • Who are having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early

    • Who are experiencing significant daytime fatigue

  • The group *may* be a good fit for

    • participants with mild to moderate depression/anxiety if they are under the care of an 
      individual therapist AND their symptoms do not interfere with their ability to participate 
      in the group and home practice activities.

    • participants who are taking sleep aids (prescription or over-the-counter)

  • The enrollment period (clinical evaluation and registration) runs from November 10th 2025 to
    January 30th 2026
